It allows for lead time planning, start and end task planning and budget planning. There are pre configured pivot reports showing budget costs by different groupings and detailed take off schedules for windows and doors. You can use this to just get a feel for what a project will entail, to keep tabs on your contractor or to manage a project yourself. We use this regularly in our build program.
