For each project, we allocate a budget to the lighting package, appliance package, shower package, etc. After consultation with you, we will put together an exterior and interior color schema along with lighting, fixture, cabinet, and shower suggestions. Ultimately, this is your house. You can freelance from this. If you want some different lights or different tile or different exterior color, as long as it is within the budget range, we can install your choices. If the package takes us over the budget, paying the difference will solve that. You can see typical packages at our example properties once we meet.
