Renderings and floor plans to come. These range from $150,000 for the 550 sq. ft. unit to $240,000 for the 850 sq. ft. two story unit. As always, our ADUs are fully functional homes with electric, plumbing, AC, full baths and kitchens, etc. This isn’t a shed in your backyard. It’s a home.
