Luxury Package - $20,000
This features upgrades in all tiling and flooring finishes, an upgraded lighting budget, upgraded appliance package, engineered wood floor on the first level instead of stained concrete and an upgraded garage deck.
Performance Package - $40,000
If you will be parking your top of the line Tesla with ludicrous mode in the garage, you will want the equivalent of ludicrous on the interior. Take the Luxury package and add nailed down wood floors on the first level, an awning over the garage deck and enhanced landscaping and upper cabinets.

Hot Tub - $10,000
This is an above ground hot tub heated by natural gas with a deck surround.
Wrap porch - $5,000
Complete the farmhouse or cottage look with a wrap around porch. Add approximately 300 sq. ft. of quasi living space making your second house feel much larger.
Black windows - $4,000
Increase the style points with these very modern, black frame Andersen windows throughout the house.
Window awnings - $500 per window
Adding style, shade and depth, these awnings can really set your house apart.
Upper cabinets - $3,500
We build the ADUs with lower cabinets only. There is already plenty of storage and this creates a more open look. But, if you desire or need more cabinet space, upper cabinets are your answer.
