Our ADU plans come nicely appointed at the $300,000 base price and you can always upgrade the package or mix and match upgrade features as you desire.

Let’s start with a color. GREEN.

Our ADU plans are very energy efficient featuring an air tight build with will placed windows reducing the need for artificial light. Additionally, every unit features a 240v 60 amp dedicated outlet for your electric vehicle charging.

Storage. This doesn’t ordinarily come to mind in a small house other than preceded by the phrase lack of. Our plans are different. Each bedroom has ample closet space. Additionally, the garage is not only big enough to fit your vehicle but has side space and end cap space for multiple storage racks or bicycle space or just room to spread your wings.

Living space. Again, not the first thing that comes to mind without that aforementioned lack of phrase. Again, we are different. Through the use of a porch and upstairs deck, the 1100 sq. ft. feels more like 1700 sq. ft. Plenty of room to breathe.

Finishes. We don’t do cheesmo. Our base package finishes look nice and sharp. Check out our gallery for examples.
